Intended Use – Diagnostic HYBRIDS Hepatocyte products are intended for research use only. They are not intended for any animal or human therapeutic use.

Terms – Payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. Payment is to be made in US Dollars. Payment may be made by credit card or purchase order (upon account setup and approval).
Order Methods – We accept standing orders, blanket orders, and one-time orders. Standing orders may be modified with a written change order as required. We also accept EDI system order and e-mail orders.
Warranty Statement – These products are warranted to perform as described by their labeling and the Diagnostic HYBRIDS literature when used in accordance with their instructions. There are no warranties which extend beyond this express warranty, and Diagnostic HYBRIDS disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Diagnostic HYBRIDS' sole obligation and purchaser’s exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty shall be, at the option of Diagnostic HYBRIDS, to repair or replace the products. In no event shall Diagnostic HYBRIDS be liable for any proximate, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the products.
Safety and Precaution Statement - Primary Hepatocytes and subcellular fractions should be handled in accordance with Biosafety Level 2 (moderate biohazard) conditions (Reference: Biosafety in Microbiological and Biomedical Laboratories, 3rd ed., U.S. Public Health Service.)
Primary Monkey Hepatocytes may harbor endogenous viruses such as simian viruses, foamy viruses, adenoviruses, Herpes B virus, etc. as well as bacteria and parasites. Personnel working with these cultures and specimens must be properly trained in tissue culture and safe handling techniques.
